Technology has provided us with laser techniques for dentistry. We have two lasers, not counting my laser pointer. One aids in the diagnosis of decay in pit and fissure lesions. The Diagnodent, is a great tool for detecting sneaky cavities before they can spread undetected, and weaken tooth structure further.
The Odysee laser is a diode laser for soft tissue procedures and can enhance healing and make many procedures easier for us.
